Virtual Card Apply for

POST

/api/v1/ex/vcc/apply/card

Submits a virtual-card application, including creation of the cardholder.
When applying for multiple cards (quantity greater than 1):
For prepaid cards, multiple prepaid cards are created.
For shared cards, multiple shared cards are created. If cardAccountId is provided, all cards share that account. Otherwise, a new cardAccountId is generated and shared by all cards in the application.
