Query FX Settlement Document Review Result

/api/v1/ex/fundout/quota/attachment/query-status
If no review notification is received after settlement documents are uploaded, use this API to query the review status. The settlement quota fluctuates with market exchange rates; use the actual available quota at the time of settlement.
